Sophia Lewis is the Founder and Lead Trainer behind the vision of ICAN Personal Development Ltd, with her team have created a strong portfolio of dynamic personal development and employability training interventions for young people and adults.

Sophia is a mentor, trainer, CIPD Graduate and qualified Life Coach who brings with her over 10 years experience in delivering a range of innovative personal development and employability programmes for young people and adults.

ICAN Personal Development Ltd based in the Docklands was established in November 2002 for test trading purposes and began officially trading in 2004. Sophia formed the company with an initial set-up of £80 mixed with self-belief, tenacity and a passion to empower young people and adults to realise and maintain their full potential and career aspirations. Sophia has worked with clients including disengaged and marginalised youth (UK and South Africa), undergraduates, unemployed clients and corporate professionals.
